There’s no better way online to increase brand awareness, strengthen and attract more Joint Venture opportunities, and multiply revenues exponentially, then to implement an Affiliate Program. We’re happy to announce that Paradise Publishers is now in the final stages of launching our own Affiliate Program shortly at www.Free-Ebooks.net.

An online Affiliate Program is a critical strategy to boost paid V.I.P. Membership sales, improve traffic, and strengthen brand recognition. We’re excited to announce our Affiliate System plans. While currently in the development stage, there’s a planned launch for mid-late April to the general public.

For those unfamiliar with affiliate programs Wikipedia defines it as:
“An Internet-based marketing practice in which a business rewards one or more affiliates for each visitor or customer brought about by the affiliate’s marketing efforts. It is an application of crowdsourcing.” (source: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Affiliate_marketing)

To simplify, let’s say you join as an “Affiliate” and then send an email to your neighbor telling her about us. Your neighbor clicks the link to our site in the email, makes a purchase, and voila - you get paid! Because the link contained a unique affiliate ID # assigned to you, our system recognizes it, records the sale and rewards you with a 25-40% commission on any purchase she makes.

In contrast to traditional marketing methods that may not lead to more sales, affiliates only get paid after they refer a sale. This allows us to keep costs down by limiting costs to only affilate support and training - much of which can be automated to further reduce any expenses.

Instituting an affiliate program is very exciting as it can create a massive ‘Virtual Sales Force’ exceptionally quickly. Free-eBooks.net, for example now has over 603,185 members. If just a mere 1% of those joined our affiliate program, we’d have over 6,000 new virtual salespeople promoting the site and bringing in new clients. Now imagine if 5 or 10% of our members opted into this program. Plus, don’t forget there are 700-900 new members that subscribe every day to Free-ebooks.net that can also add to our marketing momentum.

Massive Industry Growth Continues

As mentioned in our last update, the electronic book industry is booming. Amazon currently sells 6 ebooks to every 10 physical books. Over 3,000,000 eBook Readers (portable reading devices) were sold in the US in 2009. (Source: http://www.readwriteweb.com/archives/amazon_now_sells_6_kindle_books_for_every_10_physi.php ) and with new media moguls like Apple entering the reader competition (with theiriPAD), sales will increase even further this year.

The more consumers that purchase eReaders, the greater the potential market grows for our affiliates and us. Why? Consumers want to fill their devices with ebooks and get online to source free and low-priced reading material. Take a look at this industry trend here:

Affiliate Marketing is not a novel strategy but it’s a proven one! In fact, Amazon claims to have pioneered it in 1996 and believes it’s responsible for the company’s early growth and success. Today Amazon still derives about 40 percent of its sales from affiliates.

In addition to the system itself, we’re creating the marketing tools affiliates need to succeed including banner ads, text ads, emails and more. These sales aids make it a snap for affiliates to display our marketing messages in their websites, emails and more. This is all at NO cost to us! Imagine the revenue that can come from having 6,000 or more new affiliates now hosting ads for us on their websites and as part of their marketing efforts.
Combine the rapidly increasing desire consumers have for the books we offer with the potential for a massive commission-based sales force, and it’s easy to see why we’re excited to share this news with you!

We look forward to getting started with this new chapter in our continuing adventures.

Paradise Publishers had quite a successful year in 2009 and 2010 is poised to be even better!

While the global economic picture was not the brightest for most, we weathered it very well and we’re sailing into even more profitable and sizeable opportunities this year.

Take a moment now and you’ll hear about our significant jump in income and find out more about the exponential growth and profitable horizons, especially in the ebook marketplace.

2009 IN REVIEW

The Bottom Line: With plummeting markets and optimism worldwide, the year started off with uncertainty for all. In fact, many of our largest advertising contracts were canceled by companies fearing or experiencing the worst economic factors. Nevertheless, through our persistence and high-value propositions, we secured several smaller contracts to fill in any of the voids created by this corporate fear and apprehension. In fact, we adjusted well and it showed…
At year’s end, our gross income rose 85% from the previous year, 2008. This marks the fourth consecutive year our profits have increased; and every year since the company’s inception. On top of this, our financial stability is solid, as we remain cash flow positive and debt free.

Paid Memberships: The economic hardship also encouraged us to speed up our new initiatives, already underway, to further diversify our sales channels and income sources. In November, we successfully launched a paid V.I.P. Membership program through Free-eBooks.net. In less than three months, we sold over 1,574 Memberships, effectively increasing Free-eBooks.Net revenue another 34% on average. Now, our team is committed to increasing online traffic and increasing conversions of visitors into subscription sales through testing and tracking. Plus, in July, Free-eBooks.Net surpassed another milestone when we celebrated having our memberships pass 500,000 in number. Yes, that’s over half a million members and it only makes us more attractive to online advertisers!

eBook Readers: In order to entice paid memberships, a large part of our 2009 efforts was focused on capitalizing on the rapidly growing eBook Reader market. The #1 selling product on Amazon.com this holiday season was their Kindle eBook reader (and still is). In fact, on Christmas, Amazon sold more electronic books than printed books for the first time ever. While the competition is ever increasing, as many large corporations aggressively target this growing market, it brings more and more attention and customers to us! Heavy hitters include SONY, Google, and even Apple, who’s rumored to be launching a new tablet, with ebook viewing capabilities, in partnership with HarperCollins.

Recognizing this explosive trend, Free-eBooks.Net has positioned ourselves to make our content accessible on all eBook Reading Devices. Earlier in the year, we converted our entire library to the Mobipocket format allowing members to read our books on their Amazon Kindle. And just in time for Christmas, we introduced the ePub format bringing us the owners of the 2nd most popular ebook reader too, the SONY Reader.

Many other popular reading devices also use ePub. This exponential growth means a boom for us, with even more potential subscribers being created. Paradise benefits all around as we obtain leverage on the backs of the titans’ marketing efforts and budget spending toward public awareness and education. We’re committed to developing for any new formats, if it broadens our reach and subscriber base to simultaneously expand our market share and increase profits.

THINGS TO COME

Having recently launched the paid, V.I.P. Membership program, as well as the new ebook formats, our immediate focus is to increase traffic and improve conversions. Our marketing efforts and web site development aim to further promote and offer these subscription services and resources.

Offline Strategic Partnerships: In order to extend our reach to our target market, we’re devising offline strategies to position ourselves ahead of the pack. We aim to form strategic partnerships with eBook Reader manufacturers and retailers looking for an edge to attract and keep their own customers (e.g. coffee house chains). They can enhance their relationships and consumer experience by promoting our membership programs to Free-eBooks.net. By providing these companies with added value, in the form of Free Trial Memberships, we’ll be able to leverage their brand recognition and marketing power to masses of consumers – all potential, new subscribers for us!

Mobility: While providing books in mobile formats, such as the Mobipocket and ePub formats mentioned above, has been a huge step in allowing our members to take our books on the go through their eBook Readers, we also aim to make it more convenient for those using mobile devices (smartphones such as Blackberries and iPhones for example) to be able to access and download books remotely. As such, a mobile version of Free-eBooks.net is in the works.

Foboko.com: Please visit http://www.Foboko.com and take a minute after reading this update to watch our creative and informative video presentation there, if you haven’t yet. Remember to turn on and adjust your speakers, in order to listen in. The creation of Foboko.com continues to be our ultimate goal; one which we’re optimistic to be able to fulfill soon with the help of outside funding. Which leads us to our…

PUBLIC OFFERING UPDATE

Listing: While Paradise Publishers continued to thrive in 2009, despite the economic turmoil, our pursuit of a public listing hit a major roadblock early in the year. Fueled in most part by the market crisis, our former funders, the German Broker Group, was unable to fulfill their commitment to us. It was not until this fall, that a new solid opportunity arose. Through the help of new contacts, we are pursuing funding that allows us to register our shares on a Bulletin Board here is the US. We’re circulating a Private Placement Memorandum to a select few individuals, but if you wish to recommend any contacts to us, please email me their contact information.

Transfer Agent: We’re engaging the services of a Transfer Agent to administer and maintain our shareholder records and transfers. As part of that process, we need to request ID numbers from all shareholders. If you are a shareholder of Paradise Publishers please contact Nicolas Gremion at Nic @ ParadisePublishers.com (email broken out to avoid spam) with your social security number or corporate Tax ID (if your shares are under a business name).

Look forward to sharing more goods news about our progress and profits soon.

Our latest Press Release which can also be seen here: http://www.paradisepublishers.com/pr-16/

(Casper, Wyoming USA) – Why pay $9.99 for a book in digital format when you can get it for free? That’s a question many people have asked, after receiving an Ebook Reader as a gift this holiday season. Ebook Readers were one of the most popular gifts this year and have lead to increased searches for online ebook bargains and freebies.

Just in time, the vast ebook library at www.Free-Ebooks.Net gave its readers and authors something extra to cheer about for the New Year by introducing a new ebook format. Now almost all of its thousands of titles are conveniently available in “ePub” – which is a type of format necessary for technical compatibility with many electronic reading devices.

The average reader may not be interested in the computer-speak and high-tech engineering but without compatible formatting, readers will be disappointed to find out that the books they want to download are not available. After all, they just want to curl up with a good book.

Multiple formats are an important step toward giving voracious readers access to their favorite books, topics and authors. Along with the new ePub format, Free-Ebooks.Net also offers all of the other popular formats such as PDF, HTML, and Mobipocket – a special format that lets users download electronic books to Blackberry, Palm, and other “smart” mobile devices.

Paradise Publishers, which operates www.Free-Ebooks.Net, is a leader in the rapidly expanding market for ebook downloads. The company provides one of the world’s largest libraries of electronic books, both fiction and non-fiction. Plus, it offers them free of charge.

“The ePub format is used by many popular ebook readers. Other formats are not compatible with all devices, like the Sony Reader,” explains Paradise Publishers CEO Nicolas Gremion. “By providing books in ePub, we continue to position ourselves in front of new and growing markets and give our readers the widest available selection and easiest access.”

With eBook readers’ popularity growing exponentially, the company recently introduced a V.I.P. Membership. Members can download an unlimited number of books in ePub, Mobipocket, PDF, and HTML for only $4.99 per month, or at a 60% savings, with an annual subscription.

That’s a huge bargain considering that the average bestseller in ebook format for Amazon’s Kindle, as an example, costs $10, when compared to the nominal donation for the monthly membership at Free-eBook.Net. That’s less than the cost of most coffee drinks and while doing good in support of Paradise Publishers’ ongoing efforts to promote literacy throughout the world.

Over the past few decades libraries have promoted literacy by taking books to the streets and local neighborhoods using retrofitted RVs or trucks. Today, you can download books to small hardware devices called ebook readers, about the size of a typical paperback.

The Internet and digitization of documents, including books, has changed the entire publishing and book distribution landscape. Thousands of digital versions of books, called ebooks, can now be downloaded and often at no charge. Paradise Publishers, a company behind one of the world’s largest online ebook libraries, at www.Free-Ebooks.net has thousands of titles available for free. Readers easily search on the site to find fiction and non-fiction titles. There’s a huge global audience and writers now reach millions of potential readers.

Book hunters simply go online to conveniently download their favorite books from anywhere in the world via any internet browser. The ebook readers, like the compact Amazon Kindle, allow you to carry a literal library of your favorite authors with you on the go. A standard format dubbed “Mobipocket” also works with Blackberry, Palm and other ‘smart’ mobile devices. This means catching up on your reading anywhere at anytime, whether you’re on a beach, in a bus, or waiting at your doctor’s office.

Recently, www.Free-Ebooks.net added the very popular Mobi format. It’s included, along with other additional services for itsNEW V.I.P. Members. While site visitors get all their ebooks for free, when they make a small, nominal donation, they can grab their favorite authors in a “Mobi” format for downloading and enjoy them while traveling for business or pleasure, daily commuting or hanging out at a coffee shop.

Paradise Publishers’ President Martin Wales claims, “Everyone wins here. Readers have more mobility and convenience than ever before.” With digital versions of books, costs are so low, that Free-eBooks.net actually gives them away and earns their revenue through online advertising.

“Avid readers can enjoy the pleasure and excitement of books for free or choose to donate for premium V.I.P. services, like Mobi. The donations people make on the site contribute to improving the site, developing new features for all and more importantly, let us contribute to literacy worldwide. Schools, charities and non-profits are given unlimited free access to our entire library, services and the whole site,” adds Wales. “We’re proud to be part of the World Literacy movement.”

The original press release can be seen here: http://www.paradisepublishers.com/prweb2854464_1.pdf

(Casper, Wyoming USA) – It’s now easier to find a book you want to read in your native tongue and it’s free. Imagine walking into a library with every single book on the shelves available in 21 different languages. Thousands of digital books, called ebooks, can now be downloaded for free and instantly be translated into the language of your choice. Authors benefit too. They can now serve a huge global audience via the Internet and reach hundreds of millions of potential readers. Readers simply and conveniently download their favorite ebooks from anywhere in the world via any internet browser.

Hundreds of thousands of pages of knowledge, wisdom, humor and fiction captured digitally can now be translated with the user-friendly Google Translation tool. Recently, Paradise Publishers, the company behind one of the world’s largest online ebook libraries, at www.Free-Ebooks.net, converted all of its content from Adobe’s popular Portable Document Format (PDF) to the more convenient and efficient HTML, the underlying software code for websites. To many writers and readers it’s technical computer-speak but what it means in everyday language is both increased distribution and availability to all.

As Paradise Publishers’ CEO Nicolas Gremion explains, “It’s amazing and liberating to see the Google Translation tool work. Readers can potentially view each of our books with a choice of 21 different languages – free of charge! Authors whose books are submitted to our site enjoy the pleasure and excitement of having their own creative works available in languages that appeal to readers all over the world rather than only in their native country or region.”

While computerized translations have not been perfected, they are certainly adequate – and they are improving in accuracy all the time. Any ebook writer, who wants to see their material read in multiple languages, simply submits their titles to Free-Ebooks.net. Those seeking translated works – perhaps studying and practicing by reading books and stories in new languages – can go to the site, download as many ebooks as they want at no cost and start reading.

“We offer the Google language translation tool on all HTML books and on every page of our site,” adds Gremion. “Each visitor to the site has the ability to use a translation button on top of every page. All you have to do is click on it to get instant translations of all our ebooks.”

This press release can be seen here: http://www.paradisepublishers.com/pr-14/

(Casper, Wyoming USA) – Searching for your favorite digital copy of a book online just got easier. By converting its entire library of thousands of ebooks from the popular Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF) format to the web’s HTML format, an online publisher has exponentially increased the number of times its books are displayed through Internet search engines, like Google

Paradise Publishers Inc., the creator of the wildly popular ebook downloading website at www.Free-Ebooks.net, has drastically expanded its authors’ exposure on the Internet with its new formatting process. It makes it simultaneously much easier and more user-friendly for readers browsing for books by keywords, topics, genres, author names, and titles.

“The conversion from PDF to HTML is extremely beneficial for our current and would-be authors,” says Paradise Publishers CEO Nicolas Gremion. “As more people find their books through search engines, the authors and readers connect – giving more books maximum exposure worldwide.”

Search engines constantly circulate through the Internet – a process called “crawling” – hunting for material that online users want to find. But search engines that encounter a PDF file – or a whole book or ebook stored as a PDF file – see it as one single ‘object’ and display only one search result. If a PDF file is converted into HTML format however, the search engines instead recognize every single page of the book as a separate and distinct PDF file.

Previously a 125-pg book was displayed just once on Internet searches. Now it will be displayed 125 different times – or once-per-page rather than once-per-book. A writer and reader are 125 times more likely to be connected instantly.

This multiplies traffic to the site, significantly boosting member satisfaction, author exposure and advertising revenue. Paradise Publishers ad sales are already higher this year despite the contrasting challenges for other publishers in the current economic climate, both online and off.

Casper, WY, July 23, 2009 — Over half a million people are now active members in a growing online trend. They’ve registered to download all the ebooks they’d ever want. Ebooks are digital copies of books which make them convenient and easy to distribute. This popular web resource available at http://www.Free-eBooks.net provides anyone with access to thousands of these electronic books free of charge. The website’s success is very rewarding for its owners, Paradise Publishers, who continuously dedicate their efforts and resources to supporting users and authors with quality content and services.

With industry giants such as Sony, Google, and Amazon investing heavily in the electronic book world, Paradise Publishers has benefited greatly, along with word of mouth referrals, positive reviews and other customer-generated good will. “We work very hard to ensure member satisfaction” says company CEO, Nicolas Gremion, “and as a reward they recommend us to their friends, and write about us via email and on their blogs. This has catapulted our growth to the tune of over 1,000 new registrations every day, on average.”

Paradise Publishers is currently developing a mobile version of Free-eBooks.net which allows members to easily download and read any book free of charge while on the go via portable devices. “We’re always looking to add benefits for our members” continued Mr. Gremion, “The more content we can provide, the more positive growth the company experiences. This has best demonstrated itself in the 57% increase in revenues for Q1 and Q2 in 2009, over the same quarters in 2008.”
