CEONicolas Gremion is the founder and CEO of Paradise Publishers Inc. Under his guidance, Paradise has seen consistent, double-digit growth for an amazing 5-year run. This track record continues today and is proof of Mr. Gremion’s understanding of Internet publishing and effective content delivery. His leadership steers Paradise's community-centered approach for its profitable, new media and social marketing. Mr. Gremion’s global perspective has attracted members and contributors from around the world, having lived on 6 continents.
PresidentMartin Wales' marketing focus at Paradise Publishers has doubled revenues and brought new income channels. Preferring to maximize leverage rather than ‘burn’ big budgets, he’s helped many succeed over the past two decades. He’s earned distinction as a business development expert featured on both Hewlett-Packard and Microsoft websites. His business columns are published internationally, including Enterprise and PROFIT (Magazines) and as curriculum for several MBA programs. In his leisure time, he enjoys outdoor activities, especially diving in the tropics.
CFOChris Benjamin is an established CFO, having worked with both public & private companies. His focus has been developing startups recently and Paradise is benefiting from his experience in guiding all financial strategies and compliance during our rapid growth, new ventures and interest in going public. With an MBA in entrepreneurship & accounting, Mr. Benjamin handles all accounting & budgeting aspects, in addition to being our liaison for independent auditing and Investor Relations. He enjoys golfing and playing with his dog, Avalanche, in his spare time.
Customer Support ManagerParadise Publishers’ clients all enjoy being part of a positive, enriching community. It’s Ana Maria Gremion that ensures that our members, customers and the curious alike receive informative and timely replies to all their inquiries. While many services are free of charge, Mrs. Gremion insists that all should be treated as exclusive customers. Her pride in running this department has led to record levels of customer satisfaction and retention for our company. When not singing in her band during her spare time, Ana loves to relax with a glass of fine wine. 
ProgrammerDino Angelov's expertise in high-traffic web sites & web applications are a solid foundation for managing Paradise Publisher’s programming team. As our Chief Structural Architect and engineer he’s responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of our proprietary systems. Mr. Angelov’s qualifications include Delphi, PHP, MySQL, Ajax along with several additional languages. When not indulging in technology, he takes pleasure in driving, coffee and the company of friends.
ProgrammerAshesh Bharadwaj has developed several commercially successful desktop software programs. He now creates custom applications to automate resources and intensive tasks at Paradise Publishers. Recently, Mr. Bharadwaj became one of the few Zend Certified Engineers (ZCE, PHP) in the world. His many additional certifications are too numerous to list but all serve Paradise in making quantum leaps to our next level of success. His balanced lifestyle comes with spending time with family and friends, playing video games, reading and enjoying movies.
User Interface DeveloperPrateek Batabyal manages Paradise’s User Interface Development Team which specializes in web standards & accessibility with great attention to detail. He demonstrates keen awareness of industry trends, W3C/Usability Implementation and Accessibility auditing. His expertise includes XHTML, HTML, CSS, Javascript, PHP & MySQL. As a firm believer in good design values with great functionality, Prateek loves, "Clean code."
Editor-in-ChiefCamille Frantz is a valuable member of the Paradise Publishers team, as an exemplary, life-long learner committed to the latest internet and ePublishing technologies. Our Editor-in-Chief, she is an avid reader who enjoys books of any genre, but prefers thrillers, mysteries, and historical fiction. A writer herself, she is obsessed with grammar, sentence construction, and creating an easy-to-read experience for all.
User Interface DeveloperRicardo Toledo and his user interface designs are unknown champions to all visitors on Paradise Publishers’ sites. His front end development, web standards, and browser compatibility work have created simple, easy-to-use functionality for a totally satisfying user experience. Intuitive options and features void of complexity and confusion, allow visitors to stay on our sites for a long time to enjoy their experience. Mr. Toledo’s personal interests include bible study, running, and good movies. 
DesignerDaniela Morera means Paradise Publishers' "Looking good!" comes easy. Under her art direction and eye-catching web design, we’re proud to unveil Foboko.com. Her strong capabilities for conceptualization, branding, and online advertisements add both value and superior usability to our web properties. She loves photography and anything that allows her to be creative such as artistic jewelry crafting and cooking.
EditorBiman Ojha is responsible for growing and promoting our vast digital library of content. He is dedicated to providing superior support to our contributing authors. His management safeguards Paradise's commitment to quality, promoting talented writers to millions of readers worldwide. Bike riding, music and travel occupy his leisure time when he’s not deep in eBooks.
User Interface DeveloperJafet Baltodano joined Paradise in 2011 with over 9 years of industry experience ranging from previous roles in SEO, design and programming. He’s skilled in HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, PHP, ASP, HAML, SASS, ROR and LESS just to name a few. His current goal is to make Foboko as fluid and intuitive as possible for our users. On a personal level, Jafet enjoys spending time with his 2 children, playing video games (as all good webmasters do) and is a fan of “Anime”.
Social Media ManagerDiane Carter is a creative junky and social media enthusiast. She has been involved in marketing communications for 30+ years and enjoys the changes that social media has brought to landscape.
