Autumn Update
Dear Shareholders,
Hope the autumn season finds you well, after a refreshing summer. At Paradise Publishers Inc. we are steaming ahead and there's much good news to share with you.
First - Foboko!
We’ll be opening our new ‘Foboko’ office on Oct 1st from which a newly hired team of web professionals will be developing http://www.Foboko.com exclusively. Foboko brings a lot of excitement and opportunity in the near future, as we take a quantum leap for our next potential, growth stage.
Two years of financial audits have recently been completed, along with a company valuation (copies available upon request). The Executive Team is currently undergoing a final review of the company’s 'Due Diligience' package. This comprehensive package will be presented to select investment banking firms with an interest to champion, or in backing, Paradise Publisher's public offering. Evaluating potential partnerships with investment bankers is crucial prior to filing an S-1. An injection of additional capital would be of enormous benefit to the company and all shareholders.
Programming Means Progress
Meanwhile, back at the office, we're currently developing an Apple Application (App); a piece of software allowing iPad, iPhone and iPod users to download ebooks directly from Free-eBooks.net via the internet on those devices. Because each brand of mobile devices (Apple, Blackberry, Nokia, etc.) uses different proprietary technology, a separate App must be built to accommodate each device. The development of our Apple App marks Paradise Publisher's entry into the future, exponentially growing mobile internet.
As the eBook marketplace continues to build rapid momentum, we are pursuing several business development avenues. We're exploring direct relationships with ebook manufacturers, offline publishers and online businesses to expand our reach and accelerate the effectiveness, productivity and profits from all Paradise Publisher's web properties. Other business development plans include increase PR and publicity and more focus on our own recently launched, Affilate Marketing Program, to pay commissions for sales made via other websites and joint venture marketing campaigns.
Finally... Fantastic Financials!
We've saved heart of the matter and the best news for last.
As of now, this year’s current income (Year to Date) has already surpassed our entire year-end income for 2009. In fact, 2010 revenues are projected to grow at least 50% over 2009 revenues. The ebook marketplace and online commerce continue to produce phenomenal results for Paradise Publishers, despite others' economic woes, we remain committed to sharing even more positive news in the near future.
All the best,
Nicolas Gremion, CEO
